The 2014 Music Under the Arch series proved to be a hit for all involved: the musicians, who loved the intimacy, acoustics and beauty of the venue (they all want to come back!); Saline Main Street and the planning committee who handled the “problem” of sold-out shows and wait lists; and most of all the audiences, who were delighted and amazed by the breadth of entertainment and quality of talent in this year’s line-up of performers. Concert attendees each month were made up of a solid group of regulars along with a number of first-timers who were new to Music Under the Arch, and some, new to Saline itself. Music Under the Arch is an offering of the Saline Main Street, Saline, Michigan. Located in the historic Stone Arch Arts & Events at 117 S. Ann Arbor Street www.stonearchevents.com, Music Under the Arch’s mission is to enhance the arts and culture of Saline by bringing top notch musical artists from all over to the charming and quaint city of Saline.
About Saline Main Street’s Music Under the Arch Concerts

Nestled along the banks of the Saline River, and just 10 miles south of Ann Arbor, Saline was ranked the 67th best place to live out of 1,300 rated cities in the United States in a 2009 CNN/Money Magazine poll – the third time in three polls that Saline has made the top 100. Saline was also ranked as one of CNN/Money’s list of best places to retire. Music Under the Arch is aimed at ranking Saline one of the country’s best places to experience music.
